Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes...

Well, things have been interesting lately.  When we first started this out, we had no idea how this was going to work, we were just trusting God that it would.  And it did - for a while.  In the beginning, we had some support come in that buffered us through the last few months.  We were hoping to build up some more support so when that ran out, we would still be able to stay afloat.  However, that hasn't happened.  So, we are looking at ways to supplement the support that we currently have.  I am doing that a few ways:


1) I'm looking for a part-time job.  That would be the simplest way to make up what we are losing.

2) I've started my own online T-Shirt business with the help of a friend.  This could turn into a big thing or it could bust on me, I have no idea yet.  The risk is very low though, as all the materials I really need to get started, this friend is willing to let me use - for a cut of the profits.  The website is www.24sevendesigns.com

3) I am spreading the word that I am available to speak at camps or conferences and/or lead worship.  I am also looking for some youth ministry consulting work, if churches are looking to hire a youth minster, but don't really know how to go about that or what that will really mean to their church.  I am directing that traffic to www.theporter.net
